Our Training Seminars are designed and tailored to fit within your shift schedulees and accommadate as many employees as you would like to have attend. We begin with an inspection of your manufacturing operations from raw material receiving through assembly and final inspection.  We then meet with your employees for a roundtable discussion reveiwing observations and recommendations; before going back on the floor for a hands on discussion.

We emphasize lessons learned in polymer material selection, formulation development, materials handling, manufacturing processing, design configuration, assembly methodology, in-service operating specifications, root cause failure analysis and material property degradation are available in comprehensive training seminars which can be tailored to meet your specific programmatic objectives and assist you in developing optimum process control documentation.
